Job Description

This Senior Building Physics Engineer position involves undertaking design calculations, developing design proposals, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for preparing tender documentation and reports, providing guidance to junior engineers, and monitoring contracts in progress on site.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Experience in engineering related to energy management
  • Expertise in using energy modeling software
  • EPC Certification (desirable)
  • Low Carbon Consultant Certification (desirable)
  • Recognised academic qualifications: Degree, HND, HNC, etc.
  • Membership of appropriate professional body (IMechE, CIBSE etc.)
