  1. Stock Management: Managing inventory levels, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Delivery Coordination: Coordinating delivery pickups and drop-offs, ensuring timely arrival and departure of shipments.
  3. Housekeeping and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  4. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
