We are a well-organised SEND school in Camberwell, seeking an experienced School Administrator to provide general office support.
School Details
This is a full-time role, available immediately, with a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a School Administrator, you will work closely with the Office Manager and the School Business Manager, providing support across a range of areas in school administration. A significant proportion of your role will involve daily use of SIMS, requiring a good working knowledge of the system.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pupil data management via SIMS.
- Daily use of Word, Excel.
- Supporting finance procedures and school invoicing.
- Supporting stock management, ordering, and monitoring.
- Routine admin tasks and other duties as required by the Office Manager or School Business Manager.
- Experience with FMS is also desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a school office.
- Good working knowledge of SIMS and FMS.
- To be extremely organised in administration.
- To have a friendly and calm approach.
- To be available on a full-time basis.
