Job Title: Northamptonshire Social Work Professional

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective safeguarding interventions for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver social work services in line with statutory obligations and legal frameworks to protect vulnerable children.
  2. Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, ensuring the voice of the child is heard in decision-making processes.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of children and families.
Requirements:
  1. A qualified social worker with SWE registration and ASYE completion.
  2. Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  3. Strong communication skills, ability to build positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £39,000 - £42,000 per annum.
