About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Costa Coffee in Tamworth. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maximise profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to identify training needs
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
  • Support the team with preparing food and refreshments

Requirements
  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Great communication skills and ability to make decisions
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure
