Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including stock, labor, and utilities.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a convenience store environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
