Assistant Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team at OrsomJobs. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting to contribute to the overall financial management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
  • Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Part-qualified or actively working towards an accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong understanding of management accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
