Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Programme Management team. As a Programme Manager, you'll work on high-profile programmes and portfolios, transforming real estate through international transformation programmes and national business change programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to senior clients, supporting the development and management of client relationships and related commission outputs.
- Operate effective programme processes and systems, ensuring efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking.
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all programme stages, providing a trusted position that clients can rely upon to deliver.
- Market and business development, identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience working on programmes, with real estate programme management experience desirable.
- Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate.
- Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- Professional membership desirable.
