Job Description

We're looking for experienced and pro-active Programme Managers to join our Programme Management team. As a Programme Manager, you'll work on high-profile projects, delivering high-quality service to senior audiences, and supporting the development and management of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to senior audiences, meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Support the development and management of client relationships and related commission outputs
  • Operate effective programme processes and systems, enabling efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all programme stages
  • Understand client and commission requirements, providing a trusted position for the client
  • Set up, deliver, and close down programme activities in accordance with requirements

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience working on programmes, with real estate programme management experience desirable
  • Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
  • Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Professional membership desirable
