Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and deliver electrical works on our clients' social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with operatives, scheduling works, and conducting quality engineer checks.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with operatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule works to meet contractual requirements.
- Conduct quality engineer checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic/commercial electrical work, including emergency lighting.
- JIB Managers/Gold Card.
- 18th Edition/City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical & 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full driving license essential.
