Electrical Supervisor Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Company: Think Recruitment

Location: Solihull

Contract: Mobile

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Bonuses: Pension, Holiday Allowance and Car Allowance of £6500 or a Company car

Driving License: Essential

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and deliver electrical works on our clients' social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of operatives, scheduling works, and ensuring quality engineer checks are carried out.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Liaise and organise operatives daily to ensure efficient project delivery.
  2. Schedule all works ready for invoicing, taking into account contract-specific requirements.
  3. Conduct quality engineer checks to ensure high standards are met.
Requirements
  1. Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level.
  2. Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic and commercial electrical work, including emergency lighting.
  3. JIB Managers/Gold Card.
  4. 18th Edition / City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical & 2391 Inspection and Testing.
Personal Qualities & Attributes
  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Full driving license essential.
