Job Title: Regional Sales Engagement Manager

As a Regional Sales Engagement Manager at Blue Moon Estate Sales of Lexington and Louisville, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, sales tools, and content
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, executives, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and customer experience
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in languages outside of English is a plus
