As a Clerical Officer with Keenan Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior medical management teams in operational departments.
Responsibilities:- Provision of comprehensive clerical support, including filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
- Handling telephone inquiries and providing reception support.
- Conducting volume data entry and managing schedules.
- Previous experience in an Administration or Clerical capacity.
- Effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, with strong data entry skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £11.45 - £12.86 per hour, paid for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Various locations throughout Southern Trust are available.
