Job Description: As Senior Mobile Payments Manager at Boku, you'll be responsible for the satisfaction of our portfolio merchants, delivering set revenue targets, and developing top accounts opportunity plans. You'll monitor performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and lead cross-functional task forces to provide an exceptional in-life experience for our valued merchants. A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. At least 7 years of prior experience in account management, business development, or sales is necessary, with proven success in end-to-end delivery from lead generation to achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent time management, prioritization, and delivery under pressure skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. Experience with external and internal stakeholder management across departments in multiple time zones is also necessary. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with the ability to infer data insights, are crucial for this role.
