Quality Assurance Officer Opportunity at Steeper Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Steeper Group in Leeds. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products from our Orthotics department to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances in a timely manner.
  • Record and process Non-Conformance and Customer Complaint reports in line with current procedures.
  • Sample 3rd party products as required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments to facilitate open communication.
  • Report quality issues and work with other teams on corrective and preventative actions.
  • Audit and inspect internal processes and production on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Experience with ERP (X3) system.
  • Experience with customer complaints.
  • QMS ISO9001 knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong data input and analysis skills.
