Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Leeds. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances in a timely and effective manner.
- Record and process Non-Conformance and Customer Complaint reports in accordance with current procedures.
- Sample 3rd party products as required to ensure quality standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
- Report quality issues and work with other teams on corrective and preventative actions.
- Provide feedback to external customers on quality performance and complaints as required.
- Audit and inspect internal processes and production on a regular basis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably X3.
- Proven track record of handling customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Knowledge of QMS ISO9001 is desirable.
- Ability to make evidence-based decisions and provide data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
