Job Description

The Area Business Development Manager role at ICP Group involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the agricultural sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Technical department to resolve product-related issues and improve sales performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Science (Chemistry or Material Science) and proven sales experience of technically advanced products.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated individual.

What We Offer

  • A competitive base salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum.
