We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director for the EMEA region to lead and manage the HR function across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have strong UK-based HR experience, good experience working in a Manufacturing/Operations environment, and preferably a background in a US-based high-tech company. Key responsibilities include leadership and management, HR strategy and execution, compliance and best practices, collaboration and reporting, and travel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the high-tech industry, especially manufacturing, and will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The HR Director will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters across EMEA and will provide leadership and support to the broader HR team. The position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results, excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in the EMEA region, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
