Job Title: Strategic HR Director for EMEA

Job Description:

Lumentum, an industry leader in photonics technology, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director for the EMEA region to lead and manage the HR function across EMEA. This role requires a strategic HR leader with a strong background in the UK and preferably within a US-based high-tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and develop one HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in the UK.
  • Coordinate with a wider team of six HR professionals across different HR functions in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters across EMEA, providing leadership and support to the broader HR team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR experience in the UK, ideally within a US-based company environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in the EMEA region.
