About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Clinical Secretary to join our team in Belfast. As a Clinical Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare teams
- Sort and respond to mail as appropriate
- Deal with general enquiries
- Manage telephone and reception duties
- Maintain accurate records and diaries
- Take minutes and notes during meetings
- Arrange meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and documents using word processing software
- Collect and analyse data to prepare statistical information
- Deal with requests for information and provide excellent customer service
What You'll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a secretarial or clerical role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in IT and data entry
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £11.67 - £12.86 per hour, full-time hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, part-time hours will also be considered pending experience. Our benefits include enhanced holiday package, pension, ongoing training and development.
