The Opportunity

We are working with Finatal to partner with a profitable SaaS business that has achieved significant growth since inception. The company is scaling across the UK, US and France and requires a Head of FP&A to support the CFO and drive FP&A initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, and supporting M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to internal stakeholders
  • Support stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends and causes of unexpected variances
  • Manage the FP&A team to achieve delivery of all FP&A goals
  • Prepare monthly internal reporting and quarterly reporting for the Board

Requirements

  • ACA or Equivalent
  • Experience in a senior FP&A position
  • Experience in a SaaS/Software business
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in partnership with stakeholders at all levels
  • People management experience
