Job Description

This role involves managing production teams across multiple disciplines and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality control systems within tight timescales.

You will work closely with design and engineering teams, senior leadership, and procurement to plan and lead engineering work-packages and ensure project delivery meets programme objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, with experience of cabinet wiring and installation, and a good understanding of electrical build standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing/production engineer
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure in a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Prior experience of IPC certified processes

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
