About the Role

Xodus Group is a leading international energy consultancy, and we're seeking a skilled Subsea Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Subsea and Marine team, you'll be responsible for delivering engineering excellence on our projects, working closely with our clients to drive innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on structural engineering deliverables, including concept, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that minimize environmental impact and maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of subsea structural engineering principles, including design codes and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support our clients' energy transition goals.
Requirements
  • BEng/MEng in Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with a strong background in subsea structural engineering.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as FS2000, MathCad, and STAAD Pro.
