We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our clinical team at Penrhyn Surgery. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management of chronic disease patients, including diabetes, asthma, and COPD. The post holder will work closely with the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a comprehensive practice nursing service to patients, including chronic disease management and other specialist areas.
- Work independently and as part of the clinical team to meet the needs of patients.
- Lead on managerial duties to support the nursing role, including vaccine ordering, clinical stock control, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in relevant activities to support the practice's commitment to excellent patient care, quality improvement, and teaching.
Penrhyn Surgery is a GP Training practice with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our clinicians. The practice population is approximately 9,500 patients from a diverse multi-ethnic background.
Person Specification- RGN qualification
