About the Role:

Capita is seeking a Senior IT Change Implementation Analyst to join our Change Implementation Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a specialist project with our regulated Life & Pensions / Financial Services division.

The role will focus on configuration management and upgrade development of our toolsets. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlled deployment of software changes to large-scale Policy Administration Systems and Ancillary applications.
  • Administration, support, and maintenance of Configuration Management (CM) software, deployment tools, and utilities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Change Implementation role, preferably within a Life and Pensions organisation.
  • Comprehensive level of skills/knowledge in Microsoft VSS, IBM Mainframe, and scripting languages.
