Job Description

Job Title: Advanced Teaching Assistant

Location: North Yorkshire

Job Type: Temporary

Hours: Part-time, 31.3 hours per week

Salary: £18,300.70 per year, including a SEN allowance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Advanced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Mowbray School in North Yorkshire. As an Advanced Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and other staff in delivering the curriculum and other learning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities
  • Support the delivery of the curriculum and other learning processes
  • Monitor, record, and report on student progress
  • Work with both groups and individual pupils under the direction of appropriate staff
