Retail Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Retail Team Member to join our retail team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a great shopping experience. As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for serving customers, working in various areas of the store, and helping to run a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving Customers Better Every Day: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Working in Service, Picking, and Replenishment Areas: Assist with stock replenishment, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Making Decisions for Customers and Delivering Routines: Help customers make informed purchasing decisions, and ensure that routines are followed to maintain high standards.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
