Executive Assistant and Office Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant and Office Support to join the team at a leading children's charity in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and the Company Secretary, including diary coordination and prioritization of workload.
- Organize and facilitate SLT and Trustees meetings, including issuing invitations and preparing agendas.
- Take minutes in key meetings.
- Arrange and book travel and accommodation, including visits to services.
- Act as a point of contact for all internal and external enquiries to the SLT.
- Produce high-standard professional documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations, including drafting, proofreading, and checking.
- Support the Company Secretary in ensuring delegated compliance checks are completed within the necessary timeframes.
- Cover the switchboard during core hours, always ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage the maintenance and security of all office equipment, ensuring timely ordering of supplies as needed.
Essential Profile:
- At least 3 years' experience in an EA/PA role.
- Experience of minute-taking in SLT meetings.
- Extensive office administration experience.
Salary and Benefits:
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum + excellent benefits.

Permanent.

Putney.
Working Pattern:
5 days per week on site.
