Aerospace Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Evolving and implementing a comprehensive safety management system to meet the needs of our organization.
- Providing expert advice and support on health and safety matters to our employees and stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering safety training programs to ensure our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely.
- Collaborating with other sites to share best practices and implement a company-wide safety vision.
- Assisting in the development of systems that promote personal ownership of safety.
- Developing and implementing a process safety management system to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Leading high-risk employee management and high-risk scenario training programs.
- Completing hazard and operability studies on critical processes and new investments.
- Managing change and ensuring that all changes are properly assessed and implemented to maintain a safe working environment.
- Degree qualification (desirable).
- Qualifications in health and safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a health and safety management role is essential.
