Vibrant Housing Service Role

Vauxhall Community Law & Information Centre is a dedicated community-based Law Centre serving the Liverpool community. Our Housing service has experienced rapid growth, and we are seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Housing and Development Team and the Centre Director to develop our department and Legal Aid Practice. A dynamic and supportive work environment is guaranteed.

The postholder will play a key role in supporting our legal advice service, focusing on Housing and related matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Housing law and be able to deliver high-quality advice to clients. We welcome applicants interested in part-time or job-share opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Housing and Development Team in delivering high-quality legal advice services.
  • Work closely with the Centre Director to develop the department and Legal Aid Practice.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Housing service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Housing law and dispute resolution.
  • Strong background in delivering high-quality legal advice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: PO2 £37,336 – £40,221.
  • Hybrid working arrangement in our office based in Vauxhall, Liverpool.
