Senior Land Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join our London team at OXBO.
Responsibilities- Lead the acquisition of land for new Solar & BESS sites and oversee the development process.
- Negotiate and secure land agreements with landowners, including Heads of Terms, Options, and Leases.
- Manage a diverse range of stakeholders, including landowners, tenants, agents, and local planning authorities.
- Develop and implement land assembly strategies to meet project requirements.
- Analyze and advise on valuation matters related to site finding and land acquisition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing land and property transactions for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Accreditation with a relevant professional institute.
- Educated to Degree level (ideally rural surveying, estate management, or a related discipline).
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
