Bendon Limited is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Sales and Retail Training Executives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering women through personalized service and expert fitting guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a comprehensive 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Bendon approach and interact with customers to make them feel comfortable and confident throughout the fitting process.
  • Thoroughly understand customer needs and consult with customers as experts in the field to find the best fit.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
  • Embody the team model and CORE values, working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering personalized service.
  • Previous experience working in retail is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Commitment to our 2024 black-out period: Monday 25th November 2024 - 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025. No leave will be approved over this time.
