Job Description: As an Application Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in liaising between our internal service management and IT delivery teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose live incidents. You'll have the opportunity to learn new technologies that underpin our IT strategy, including Webservices Integration, Cloud services (Azure/AWS), and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2nd/3rd line support and monitoring the health of applications
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing live incidents and managing through to resolution
  • Working collaboratively with development squads to bridge the gap between development and operations

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of business processes within the Vehicle Solutions division
  • Strong support knowledge of middleware applications Power Platforms and Workato
  • Usage of monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, AWS Canaries)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others to deliver solutions
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Able to prioritise work effectively to meet demand
