Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Administrator

Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £33,455 depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver graduate/undergraduate and apprentice recruitment activities with integral involvement
  • Manage the hiring manager relationship from initial vacancy consultation until first day readiness
  • Screen and progress applications using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide a high level of candidate care, managing expectations by providing an honest and transparent service
  • Conduct relevant assessment centre preparation
  • Develop a strong understanding of processes and deliverables within the team
  • Support the sourcing team to build and maintain an effective and live talent pool
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in early careers recruitment
  • Working with service level agreements and service definitions, aligned with agreed HR policies
  • Ability to ensure data integrity, with a focus on timely and accurate reporting, and using this information to drive efficient recruitment processes
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in candidate management is essential, both verbal and written
  • Ability to deal with high volume recruitment
