Job Description

The Recruitment Fix (TRF-Ltd) is seeking a highly skilled Toolmaker to join our team. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for producing bespoke tooling for a range of customers from drawing to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture, modify, repair and maintain extrusion tooling and associated equipment.
  • Milling, Turning, Grinding, XYZ semi C.N.C machines & Benchwork.
  • Maintain all necessary records i.e., Tool Trials, Job Sheets etc.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Maintain all H&S and Environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous Toolmaker experience
  • Must be proficient on Manual Lathes, Manual Milling Machines, Surface Grinders
  • Reading of Engineering drawings and GA's.
  • Knowledge of geometric tolerances
  • Experienced with varied materials including Steels and Aluminium.
