Preferred Choice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering integrated campaigns for charity and pet brand clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Ensure all projects are thoroughly costed against budget and communicated to the client.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with line managers and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Client Expectations: Manage client expectations in relation to project timelines, objectives, and budgets.
- Project Knowledge: Have a good understanding of project management and how to deliver TLL comms (e.g. digital, print, CRM).
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, preferably in an integrated agency environment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of digital, press, radio, CRM, OOH, and TV production.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
