Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Property Services team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking site-based external and internal property surveys across our portfolio of retirement developments.
Your primary objective will be to provide Churchill Estates with reliable and robust stock condition data, ensuring our company remains fully compliant with legislation and regulations. You will inform future asset management and maintenance of our property portfolio, including Section 20 major works consultations, enabling our Homeowners to benefit from the highest standards of retirement accommodation.
You will report to the Property Services Manager, based in Ringwood, Hampshire, and will require occasional travel to our Head Office. Key stakeholders will include Homeowners, Health & Safety Executive, Lodge Managers, and Area Management teams.
About YouWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have a strong background in construction or property management, with experience in Health & Safety, Building Regulations, Fire Safety, and Asbestos Awareness.
You will be an existing CSCS card holder and hold, or be working towards, a professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, or ABE. You will be comfortable communicating with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders, and will have excellent IT skills, including MS Excel.
