Job Overview

**Software Developer - Java**

We are seeking an experienced Java developer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using Java and Springboot frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and testing of software applications
Requirements
  • **Technical Requirements**
    • 5+ years of experience in Java development
    • Proficiency in Springboot frameworks or similar Java frameworks
    • Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases
    • Experience developing microservices for AWS or other cloud environments
  • **Soft Skills**
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
