Highly Skilled Packing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled packing specialist to join our team at Fourdot Affinity Ltd. This exciting opportunity is part of a creative group of companies specializing in design, manufacturing, and sourcing of innovative products and displays.
About the Role:
This role involves working across four brands, requiring you to pack multiple pieces of product using onsite equipment and tools to secure our products ready for dispatch to the highest quality in the best possible time. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety/environmental standards are always adhered to, using PPE as required by the company, and sharing knowledge with other team members in Health & Safety standards and best practices if & when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure your work area and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Agree and adhere to output packing targets with your supervisor.
- Share knowledge with other Team Members in the implementation of process improvements.
- Using equipment and tools pack our products to the agreed standards.
- Create custom packaging solutions for various new product lines.
- Take ownership of your work.
- You will be comfortable working as part of a team but be able to work independently as well.
- Ensure that you recycle all waste in the correct waste streams.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a factory environment.
- Experience in using tools and equipment safely.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
- Can work under and without supervision.
Benefits:

- £11.44/hour + Overtime at 1.5%.
