The Role:

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, allocating workflows, and prioritizing tasks within the Policy & Placemaking team. Additionally, you will provide professional support and mentoring to team members, contributing to the delivery of major development, regeneration, conservation, and heritage initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive urban growth and placemaking outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality planning solutions.
  3. Leverage your expertise to inform decision-making processes and ensure effective project management.
Requirements:
  1. Professional qualification in planning or a related field, with extensive experience in the development sector.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a political environment and establish relationships with elected members, communities, and other stakeholders.
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex policy development and high-profile projects.
