About the Position:

  • As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing company finances, including processing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing financial reports.
  • You will work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely payment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Your key tasks will include managing company expenses, reconciling credit card statements, and utilizing accounting software such as SAFE 50 or Sage 200.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
