Job Title: Financial Administrator Position

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing expense claims, purchase orders, and updating the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mileage claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage purchase orders from receipt to payment
  • Update the SAP system to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Reconcile statements with purchase orders to prevent discrepancies
  • Investigate invoice queries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in double entry bookkeeping, purchase ledger, or mileage claims accounts
  • A solid understanding of general accounting principles
  • Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software
  • An ability to commit to working 3 days per week
