Job Title: Employment Specialist

TDA Telecoms is seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to work in our North London office. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of motivation and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment services, preferably in a clinical or supported employment setting. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, clinical partners, and external agencies to ensure effective job placement and ongoing support.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify employment goals and develop tailored plans to achieve these goals.
  3. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and clinical partners, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  4. Manage a caseload of up to 25 clients, prioritizing tasks and activities to ensure timely delivery of results.
  5. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, contributing to the development of a comprehensive employment support service.
  7. Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in employment services, preferably in a clinical or supported employment setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving successful job placements and outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
