Role Description:

This permanent, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team in the Guildford area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to a caseload of 40 apprentices in the Early Years Education sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Early Years & Teaching sector, with a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Numeracy and Literacy. You will also hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel to customer sites. A competitive salary of approximately £35-45k per annum is available, depending on experience.

  • Deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  • Support apprentices with their studies, providing tutorial support on various topics.
  • Conduct remote webinars and contribute to the development of training materials.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a qualification or have experience in the Early Years & Teaching sector (Essential)
  2. Have up-to-date industry knowledge (Essential)
  3. Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications (Essential)
  4. Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites (Essential)
