Job Overview

We're looking for a Business Growth Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting target prospects. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role who wants to make an immediate impact while developing their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Research: Identify decision-makers and influencers in target organizations, build comprehensive profiles of buyer intent and behavior, and leverage conventional and unconventional methods for prospecting.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Utilize CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create high-impact campaigns, source out-of-the-box opportunities, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Support the Head of Growth in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches, participate in client pitches and meetings, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms, analyze and report on key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or related role. Essential skills include proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and present ideas effectively.
