Automotive Loaner Car Coordinator

">About the Job:

As a key member of our team at Rallye BMW, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our loaner fleet is always ready to go. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating loaner processes, maintaining vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Stage loaner fleet vehicles for rental, ensuring they are gas-filled, clean, and prepared for customers.
  • Regularly inspect the loaner fleet to identify any necessary maintenance or repairs.
  • Verify that vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection cards are up-to-date and valid.
  • Accurately document and account for all loaner vehicles, reporting any issues or problems encountered.
  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate loaner processes, communicate policies, and establish payment methods.
  • Prepare and complete loaner contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with service advisors and fellow coordinators to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain daily reports and logs to track loaner fleet activity.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the rental car industry is preferred but not required.
  • Dealership experience with loaner cars is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A valid and clean driver's license.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
