Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at Wootzano. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, agents, and project managers, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, agents, and project managers.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Execute campaigns: collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and sales plays that deliver tangible value for Wootzano.
  • Articulate value: effectively communicate Wootzano's value proposition to business leaders and technical sales teams.
  • Attend networking events and other promotional opportunities while maintaining a professional and credible profile on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of specific project activity and provide timely and consistent data using the company's CRM systems.
Requirements
  • A proven sales background.
  • A passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
Experience
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales and business development.
  • Technical competence: strong ability to translate complex technology into business benefits.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills (written and verbal) with a strong command of language.
  • Travel: willingness to travel and represent Wootzano and its partners locally and globally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with engineering/tech product sales.
