Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Scottish Water. As a key member of our Capital Investment team, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, guiding them through the journey of delivering a variety of projects and programs. You will be the master of collaboration, fostering trust and teamwork among your colleagues and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for achieving Scottish Water's Strategic Ambitions, building relationships with key internal and external players, and ensuring compliance with governance, safety, quality, environmental regulations, and CDM Regulations.
You will also be responsible for driving and managing a process that makes projects come to life, from planning to construction to commissioning. This includes meeting deadlines, quality standards, and industry best practices.
What You'll BringWe are looking for a results-driven individual with a focus on budget, quality, and change management. You will have experience in program delivery, leading teams, and setting performance milestones. You will also have knowledge of business change projects, construction health and safety, customer engagement, and financial management.
You will be a people person with excellent communication skills, able to influence everyone from colleagues to stakeholders. You will be based at the West Hub in Glasgow, but you will also need a valid UK driving license as some travel may be required.
