An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Wellbeing Manager who will establish and manage project health and safety expectations.

This professional will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Main tasks involve:

  1. Wellbeing Champion: Foster a culture prioritizing wellbeing, health, and the environment.
  2. Client Liaison: Partner with clients and stakeholders to define project health and safety strategies.
  3. Health Promotion: Develop and execute initiatives to promote health and safety awareness.
  4. SH&E Support: Provide technical advice and support on health and safety matters.
  5. System Governance: Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of health and safety policies and procedures.
  6. Participation in Meetings: Engage in health and safety discussions during project meetings.
  7. Performance Reporting: Prepare reports highlighting project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  8. Review of Project Deliverables: Assist in assessing and improving project health and safety outcomes.
  9. Evaluation of Programme Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the assurance programme's effectiveness.

Remuneration: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
