HR Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of employee lifecycles using our HR software.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all administration for new starters, changes, and leavers is completed accurately and on time in line with service level agreements (SLA).
• Maintain the Resource Link software, ensuring all details are consistent and up-to-date.
• Liaise with Payroll, Fleet, IT, and Expenses, sending relevant notifications to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure proper authorization of all employee changes is in place as per Company requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a HR Administration environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Eye for detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in communicating at all levels.
• Motivated and forward-thinking.
• Organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
